Hi I’m Ian, my store first opened its doors in September 2003, it started as a hobby to keep me occupied in the evenings but it is now my fulltime job and is growing every day. Bill's Bricks is solely managed & run by me for all your Lego needs. I’m a believer in good old fashioned customer service. I operate Monday to Friday but will try and respond to urgent queries over the weekend if I can. I'm always adding new pieces to my inventory so please keep coming back to check my store. All pieces marked ‘new’ are from a smoke-free and pet-free environment and have only been handled for sorting, listing and packaging. I will package your order in minimal bags, doing my bit to help the environment.
Used pieces are generally in a very good used condition. I won't sell used pieces that are badly damaged or have teeth marks etc.
Mistakes will happen from time to time, I'm only human after all. Let me know if any problems arise and I will do my very best to try and sort them out.

STORE POLICIES
- New means NEW, elements are only handled for sorting and storing.
- Used pieces are checked for damage and badly damaged items are not listed. Any minor defects are included in the item description.
- All pieces are stored in sealed bags, in a dust free, smoke-free & pet-free environment.
- All orders are shipped securely in padded envelopes or boxes.
- I have NO MINIMUM ORDER size.
- I do not pass on any Paypal charges.

Unfortunately, my bank now charges for IBAN transfers, so for the foreseeable future there will be a surcharge of £4.00 for each IBAN transfer.
All orders of any size are gratefully received, but for all orders under £3.00 (excluding shipping cost), I will add a handling charge of £1.00, due to their small size.
Payments made by personal check will be shipped as soon as I receive conformation of clearance from my bank.
For cash payments in US$ or Euro's, I can't accept coins as payment as I can't change them back into sterling at my bank.
For ALL cash payments I accept no responsibility for the payment being lost in the post before it arrives with myself. I would strongly recommend that anybody sending cash in the post, to send it by registered mail.
SHIPPING POLICIES
- Shipping and packing charges at cost only.
- I will try and ship every day.
- I always obtain proof of posting.
- I take no responsibility for items lost in the post where the buyer has not chosen to pay for insurance.
- International orders will be quoted for airmail unless requested otherwise.
- I will refund any difference in postal costs if I can find a cheaper way to get your order to you
